RCR vice president of marketing and sales Matt Mosteller says the price drop comes on the heels of four straight record years for visitation at the hill.
"We want everyone to have the opportunity to ski this coming winter," said Matt Mosteller. "With Calgary less than 50 minutes away there is no reason not to ski, Nakiska is just so easy to get to and now with the $199 pass you are skiing at a fraction of what it costs to ski other Alberta resorts."
The pass also comes with discounts at other RCR resorts including Fernie, Kicking Horse and Kimberley.
"We . think it is the right thing to do for the community," Mosteller said.
